AW Collision has an immediate job opening for a Dealer Coordinator. We are looking an experienced professional who has previous experience with Collision Repair duties. Must have excellent customer service skills, be detailed oriented, punctual, dependable, and able to multi-task.

Role Summary:

The Dealer Coordinator is responsible for capturing collision repairs referred by the dealership. They are also responsible for providing estimates to customers who are in need of estimates for collision repairs.

Some duties and responsibilities are:

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting within independent customers & dealer market
• Ability to write preliminary estimates to customers
• Maintain & grow dealer relationships by acting as a liaison between AW Collision & customers and dealers
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Promote & educate customers on vehicle status repairs & services provide by AW Collision
• Contacting Insurance Companies to verify coverage
• Handling customer files & vehicles
• Write up collision repair estimates for customers
• Customer Handling during vehicle drop- off and pick up: photograph and document vehicles, prepare paperwork, & arrange for customer transportation.
• Collect purchase orders for warranty and internal work completed for the dealer

• Must be computer literate and able to use web based software
• Collision Repair shop experience a must
• Knowledge of Ultra Mate, CCC One, and Audatex

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,440.00 - $43,680.00 per year
