Overview

The Dealers Returns and RTV Associate is accountable for accurately and efficiently check-in of product returned by dealers.

The Dealers Returns and RTV Associate is responsible for preparing all paperwork related to returns, preparing packages to be shipped, and sorting products to be re-stocked.

Essential Functions

• Assists in off-loading return packages, retrieves return packages that have been dropped off at other doors
• Processes returned products using authorization numbers entered by customer service.
• Completes manual paperwork for products returned that no authorization was entered for.
• Completes manual paperwork for refused packages.
• Sorts products returned in totes to be stocked again.
• Separates out RTV items, prepares RTV paperwork as required by vendor.
• Packages product for shipping with proper paperwork.
• Maintains orderly housekeeping of assigned area, disposing of all packing materials according to company standards.
• Adheres to all company safety rules and regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned and/or needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1 year experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic mathematics skills
• Excellent MS Suites skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Good organizational skills
• Good time management skills
