Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Dealer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     This role is responsible for building relationships with key clients, centers of influence, and referral partners.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Generate new commercial business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with commercial property holders, property managers, insurance agents, plumbers and HVAC contractors, and real estate brokers.
    • Drive referrals through proactive activities, networking, and lead generation.
    • Promote and market True North Restoration to new customers, targeting major accounts and referral partners.
    • Lead participation in industry functions, such as trade shows and marketing events.
    • Document and track prospect and client data using our CRM system.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings and focus on generating high-value leads.
    • Identify appropriate target accounts and effectively sell our services.
    • Meet sales activity thresholds through client and prospect meetings, events, calls, and emails.
    • Document and track opportunities and business development activities in our CRM program.

    • Problem-solving skills to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise in client relationships.
    • Time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
    • Ability to attend networking functions beyond normal business hours.
    • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office or Google Docs skills; ability to learn computer systems quickly.
    • Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system.
    • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
    • Outgoing, driven, and team-oriented attitude.

    Job Type: Full-time
