We are looking for the following characteristics in a Client Support Associate:

• Communicate efficiently and respectfully with everyone in the Client Support Associate and Management team
• Ability to close sales, upsell products, and navigate POS systems
• A team player who is eager to collaborate with others
• Enthusiastic, personable, and professional demeanor while interacting with clients, consumers, management, and team members
• Motivated to enhance skills and take on new challenges

Client Support Associates are expected to enact the following Responsibilities:

• Quickly learn our relationship-building marketing approach and apply it during customer interactions
• Input customer data and track sales records in our POS system
• Stay competitive with our client's competitors through research to better understand the services they are offering in comparison
• Create positive, trusting, and lasting relationships with customers to increase customer retention and long-term sales
• Collaborate with fellow Client Service Representatives on how to improve customer questions and ensure an unmatched customer experience
• Accept coaching to develop leadership skills and take on mentorship of new employees

Education Qualifications Needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Client Support, Customer Support, Sales, or related fields
• A Degree or pursuing a degree in a related field is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
