We are looking for a experienced bilingual Dental Frontdesk/Insurance Verification that can perform the following tasks:

Recent experience in General Dentistry office required.

• Effective verbal and written communication with patients, staff, and other professionals.
• Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to handle patient inquiries, appointments, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Register new patients, assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation.
• Efficient scheduling of appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining an organized front desk area.
• Ability to address and resolve patient concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Prioritizing tasks to ensure the smooth flow of operations in a busy dental office.
• Handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.
• Ability to adapt to changes in schedules, procedures, or unexpected situations
• Understanding of dental insurance plans, including different types of coverage, benefit limits, and common dental procedures covered.
• Familiarity with dental coding (e.g., CDT codes) to accurately verify coverage for specific procedures.
• Competence in using dental software and other tools for insurance verification processes.
• Collect and receipt payments from patients at time of treatment.
• Inform patients of financial treatment plan options.
• Arrange payment schedule with patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
