Dean of Dentistry manages administrative functions of the college of dentistry. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Dentistry leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Dentistry requires an advanced degree of dentistry. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Dentistry manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are currently seeking a driven Dental Implant Coordinator with expertise in All-on-X procedures and a strong emphasis on sales and following sales leads. The Dental Implant Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales of All-on-X implant procedures and guiding patients through the process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of All-on-X procedures, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their dental goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Generate and follow up on sales leads for All-on-X implant procedures
- Conduct detailed consultations with prospective patients to assess their suitability for All-on-X treatment
- Educate patients on the benefits and advantages of All-on-X implants
- Work closely with the dental team to coordinate treatment plans and appointments
- Provide ongoing support to patients throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, consultations, and patient interactions
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Expertise in All-on-X implant procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
