Dean Distributing (DDI) is seeking hard working and motivated individuals to join its Delivery Team as Summer Route Helpers. This fast paced, labor intensive position works approximately 40 hours per week at its Arbor Vitae location.. This seasonal position works approximately 4 days a week, Tuesday through Friday (10 hour shifts). The ideal candidate must be able to take direction, provide great customer service, have attention to detail and work in a timely manner.

Tasks and duties include:

• Assisting the Route Delivery Driver as they deliver product to DDI customers.
• Responsible for stocking/merchandising accounts on the assigned delivery route.
• Merchandising involves, but is not limited to, properly filling shelves, working displays, organizing the backroom and back stock, and ensuring that product is rotated to maintain fresh product dates in the account.

To successfully secure this opportunity applicants must:.

• Must have the ability to multitask and possess a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to lift 175 lbs.

Position Hours: Start time between 4:30 am and 5:00 am (Tuesday through Friday). 10 hour shifts.

This position will be employed throughout the summer season into the fall as needed. The ideal candidate would be able to work from mid May until late August.
