Dean of Nursing manages administrative functions of the college of nursing. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Nursing leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Nursing requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires certification as a registered nurse. The Dean of Nursing manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Nursing typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Dean Distributing (DDI) is seeking an outgoing and motivated individual to join its Merchandising team. DDI is hiring for a Part-Time Weekend Merchandiser to work approximately 10 hours per weekend at stores located in Eagle River and St. Germain, Wisconsin. This position is responsible for merchandising and stocking shelves and displays at key accounts.
The stores that are serviced are: Trig's, Pick n' Save, Kwik Trip, Holiday Gas Station and St. Germain Sentry, every Saturday and Sunday and on Mondays during Holiday weeks.
This is a part time position, weekends only (every weekend).
The Job’s tasks and duties include:
- Responsible for stocking/merchandising accounts on his or her route.
- Merchandising involves, but is not limited to, properly filling shelves, working displays, organizing the backroom and back stock, and ensuring that product is rotated to maintain fresh product dates in the account.
Position Hours: Start between 7:00 am - 8:00 am. Approximately 5 hours per day and 10 hours per weekend.
Days worked: Saturday and Sunday. This position also has availability on Mondays of Holiday weeks.
Dean Distributing, Inc. reimburses employees mileage for use of their personal vehicles.
