Baptist Health is a skilled rehabilitation center and nursing home that provides full service for people requiring either long or short term comprehensive care. Baptist is a non-profit, independent, faith base organization.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of an accredited school of nursing and/or college degree
• A minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse
• Ability to appropriately supervise and delegate responsibilities to others.

Job Duties:

• Supervises and manages all aspects of the nursing department.
• Assesses, directs, and supervises resident care needs making unit rounds.
• Cooperates with administration to assure efficient, cost-effective operation of the facility.
• Assures adequate nursing coverage on the units and in the nursing office.
• Keeps Director of Nursing aware of nursing activities.
• Completes required written work including, but not limited to, attendance cards, staffing sheets, nursing office narcotic count.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
