The Divisional Decision Support Analyst assists the department in collecting, monitoring, and reporting data used to evaluate quality of care and performance of selected clinical indicators. The Analyst assists the Performance Improvement & Service Excellence Departments with data analysis, reporting and special project facilitation. The Analyst may also perform focused reviews and hospital-wide monitoring. Maintains various Performance Improvement and Service Excellence databases and spreadsheets, and creates reports as requested by the Director of Quality, Director of Service Excellence and Executive Director of Organizational Excellence.
