Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement tailored behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy to support individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Accurately document and track client progress and behavior.
• Contribute to the development and execution of personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
• Assist individuals in enhancing social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Employ positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow directives and effectively implement behavior intervention plans.
• Demonstrated qualities of patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to supporting individuals with special needs.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism consistently.
