Join our spectacular Gifford Team as a Decision Support Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst and be directly involved in the improvement of our Hospital!

The Decision Support Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst integrates data from complex and diverse database platforms and performs analysis to provide strategic and operational support for the organization. This position will work closely with the management team in the development of scorecards and key performance indicators to effectively utilize information by creating customized dynamic and interactive reports to allow for insightful end-user data analytics and forecasting.

Strong time management/organization skills, ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a professional manner are fundamental to the role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Health Sciences, Business, Economics, Health Informatics) Advanced degrees desirable.

• Proficiency with databases

• Knowledge of hospital data sources, performance indicators, data management and/or benchmarking

• Analysis software experience (SAS/SQL BI)

• Experience in leading the creation and development of dashboards/score cards

• Excellent writing, editing skills, including the ability to accurately summarize and communicate information

• Healthcare experience preferred
