Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Residential Program. DSPs support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their journey to live a full and dignified life, both in their homes and in the community. Everyday duties include cleaning, housekeeping, medication administration, cooking, and bathing. Additionally, DSPs accompany our clients when they go fishing, attend the fair, shop for clothing, or go on vacation. We make a difference in someone's life!
We offer full-time, part-time, and on-call positions (availability depending on location). Our full-time employees work a consistent schedule every week. There are opportunities for overtime. We provide extensive paid on-the-job training to help you successfully help others! We value our experienced employees and promote from within whenever possible.
No prior experience is required! However, prior experience as a caregiver (or related field) is considered when offering a starting wage.
Wage Range: $16 - $22 per hour, starting wage depending on experience
