Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. The Contract and Data Support Specialist works with the staff and management of Cascade AIDS Project’s (CAP) Housing & Support Services and SW Washington teams to create and maintain data tracking and reporting tools, provide reporting and analysis of data, and assist with data quality training and tracking for department staff
This is a Part-Time (.5-.7 FTE) role working at our CAP NW Davis St. location. The schedule for this role is Flexible with some regular business hours.
Starting pay is $30.04. Pay for The Contract and Data Support Specialist increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $33.79. This is a union represented position, so the compensation, benefits and conditions of work are collectively bargained.
