Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters.     About the Job:
    The Local Market Specialist is the face of our client's brand in your area. You will engage with potential customers by educating and introducing people to the brand. As a brand ambassador, you will host local demos, sample Pizza at local events, network with community members and organizations, and identify strategic opportunities for partnerships and events. This role is an extension of the brand and will serve as the point of contact between our products and the consumer.

    Requirements:
    1-3 years of experience in an event, marketing, hospitality, or media preferred.
    Experience with events or event planning
    Lives in the relevant greater Stamford area.
    Has a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
    Can transport and lift cooking equipment (up to 30 LBS)
    Comfortable cooking on site, handling, and presenting food
    Socially confident and comfortable speaking with others for prolonged periods of time

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Research, secure and manage execution of targeted local events and partnerships that bring the Banza brand to life through sampling
    • Cook and present Banza Pizza to samplers using kitchen equipment like portable, mini ovens and cutting utensils
    • Engage with customers during events and demos to educate them on Banza products and the brand’s story
    • Perform against KPIs including sales lifts, sampling goals, and awareness targets
    • Establish relationships and meaningful connections with community members, local businesses, and influencers
    • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of local market by vetting field related opportunities
    • Create detailed summaries of events and demos including number of people sampled, pre & post event inventory, consumer feedback, and event photos
    • Oversee product inventory and manage company resources including point of sale materials, storage unit, and event assets
    • Attend team training sessions and weekly meetings
