Operations Support Specialist

Your Role:

As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll work closely with key members of our team, providing crucial support and gaining invaluable experience for a fulfilling career path. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing (Including but not limited to):

• Coordinating schedules
• Drafting correspondence and handling incoming calls
• Developing presentations and meeting materials
• Conducting research
• Field visits and on-site appointments
• Performing clerical tasks (invoicing, report writing, memo drafting, letter composition, spreadsheet management, etc.)
• Attending meetings, delivering presentations, and taking thorough notes
• Carrying out all assigned tasks from you manager

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Commitment to high-level customer service and response
• Proficiency in Google tools, Microsoft Office suite
