Decision Support Specialist provides guidance and solutions to users working with decision support software and data tools. Assists in the preparation, deployment, and delivery of decision support tools to users. Being a Decision Support Specialist analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Decision Support Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Decision Support Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Client Support Specialist job functions:
- Investigate and research problems thereby ensuring proper corrective action is taken
- Quickly address client and sales partner inquires and resolve any issues
- Set-up new client accounts via the company portal
- Direct, coach, and prepare new clients to use portal features
- Perform transcript/video status checks
- Field incoming inquiries from clients around price quotes for jobs which have already been performed
- Express genuine interest and retain knowledge of the type of legal services offered

Requirements
All you need to be a Client Support Specialist is 2 years of relevant work experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior administrative/office experience a plus!
