Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Delivery Office Manager to join our team and oversee facility in Traverse City.
This position will handle a variety of functions in order to ensure the smooth operation of the location. Responsible for overseeing contractors/contracted delivery teams, daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training staff, enforcing company policies, communicating business objectives as outlined by the Corporate office, and overseeing completion of any facility repair or improvement projects. Works collaboratively and cooperatively with Corporate management to ensure overall success of Pride Delivery and Installation.
Duties:
- Manages daily operations which include: inbound, load out, delivery check in, inventory, scheduling, warehouse.
- Handles facility management, vehicle management, safety and compliance initiatives.
- Provides leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Supervises and manages projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Analyzes metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Manages and coordinates various operational aspects, including project timelines and resources.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and customer standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and project management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be highly organized.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- DOT card required.
- Delivery and installation experience helpful.
- Must be able to meet driver certification requirements.
- Must be hands-on, working manager.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
