Delivery Truck Driver jobs in Rutland, VT
Delivery Truck Driver delivers packages or products according to the scheduled route. Follows designated schedule and seeks efficient travel routes. Being a Delivery Truck Driver scans or records packages and maintains documentation of deliveries. Conducts routine vehicle inspections and schedules repairs on vehicles as needed. Additionally, Delivery Truck Driver follows all DOT and company regulations to operate safely. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires a Valid Driver's License. May Require Commercial Driver License (CDL) - Class B. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Delivery Truck Driver works under moderate supervision. - Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
- Valid professional driver’s license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.75 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
