· Professional Experience:
o Experience in information technology (I.T.) or information systems (I.S.).
· Educational Requirements:
o Holds a bachelor's degree, or relevant technical certification(s) in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
· Communication and Customer Service Skills:
o Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
· Analytical Skills:
o Possesses solid analytical skills with the ability to think quickly and respond appropriately to stressful situations.
· Team Collaboration:
o Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
· Certification:
o Holds a CompTIA Security or equivalent certification, with a proven commitment to maintaining and advancing certifications in the field.
