Analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine the amount of finished product that will be produced. Being a Demand Planner may require a bachelor's degree. Works with other departments to determine optimal inventory levels. In addition, Demand Planner typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Job Description
A PCA provides for the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Performs various housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, companionship and related activities for clients in their residences. Related services include dietary management, household services essential to the client's health and well-being, and provision of and instruction in reporting of signs, symptoms, and/or changes in the client's condition. The homemaker is assigned to a client by the staffing coordinator and is given a written assignment sheet.
Responsibilities and Duties
The duties consist of a combination of activities, which include, but are not limited to:
Support for activities of daily living
Prepare and serve basic diets as recommended by MD
Giving emotional support
Providing routine housekeeping tasks
Follow specific orders for each client
Works within the organizational channel of authority and knows the area of responsibility of all other team members
Wears uniform, smock, or other approved attire, and badge while on duty
Keep an accurate time report
Record observations and signs on an appropriate for each visit made
Communicates with the supervisor
Attend in-service classes
Qualifications and Skills
Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions.
Must be able to provide a GED or High School Diploma.
Successful completion of an approved training program in Home Care services, or an approved personal care aide training program, or pass a competency assessment as approved by DHHS.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
