The Production Planner is responsible for planning for stock, specials, new tool introduction, and assisting with updating information in the ERP system. The position frequently communicates with Manufacturing Teams regarding planned production and reducing slow moving inventory while maintaining/increasing service level and overall inventory turns. This individual reviews production schedules against demand to determine when expedited requests need to be initiated. The Production Planner reports to our Manager of Production.
