Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of the dental office, including managing patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims, working with our RCM company, as well as supervising office staff. The Dental Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling to optimize efficiency to maximize production goals
Work with RCM company to ensure patient billing and insurance claims processing are completed in an accurate and timely fashion
Effectively work with the Dr. /owner to provide a healthy work environment.
Supervise office staff, including front office and dental assistants, and provide leadership and guidance as needed to other clinical staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols, including OSHA and HIPAA
Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner
Assist with marketing efforts to attract new patients and retain existing ones
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the dental office
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office management role of 2 Years
Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Open Dental and Microsoft Office Suite but willing to train
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
Resilient leader capable of effectively managing diverse personalities
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
