SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental practice setting (2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatment procedures, and insurance billing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and effectively address their needs.
• Must be a STRONG closer and meet daily and monthly goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software Open Dental preferred.
• Certification or training in dental assisting or dental office administration is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
