Additionally, Dentist requires a state licensed to practice. Typically reports to a top management. Dentist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.   • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office for the dental practice, ensuring that patients are received in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage the appointment scheduling process, ensuring that patient appointments are optimized and appointments are booked efficiently and accurately.
    • Present services to clients.
    • Manage submission of insurance claims and collection from patients, including in-office financing.
    • Respond to patient inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, and escalate issues as needed to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that all necessary insurance and billing information is collected from patients and that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all compliance regulations are met regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
    • Manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available to front office staff.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by the managing dentist. 

    Requirements:
    • Proficient in Eaglesoft Dental Software.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role in a dental practice.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
    • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
    • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
    • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Knowledge of dental billing and coding procedures.
