Department Assistant jobs in Los Angeles, CA

The Assistant Company has been hired by Las Vegas couple (and two children) to find a reliable on-call Nanny for when they travel to their Los Angeles home. You would only be working while they are in Los Angeles (on call/as needed basis). You will only get paid for the hours worked. You will not be paid when the family is not in Los Angeles.

Nanny Duties:

• Care of 2 month old infant
• Driving the older child activities - vehicle provided
• Getting ready for activities and after school snacks, playing games, and generally having fun with the child
• Child’s laundry and tidying of rooms
• Dinner for children

House Manager Duties:

• Grocery shopping
• Errands
• Coordinating contractors and household vendors
• Dishes, meals, and home organization.
• Light housekeeping as there is a cleaning service that comes and does the heavy cleaning

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in the Los Angeles area
• Must have Nanny experience alson with verfiable references
• Must be organized
• Trustworthy (clean background)
• Must have vehicle to get to and from work; vehicle will be provided for errands.
• Must be okay with cooking meals for children with special dietary needs.

A minimum of 3 years experience is required.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
