Under the direction of the Transportation Supervisor and Director, to drive a school bus over designated routes to transport students; to clean and perform a routine inspection of buses and do related work as required. QUALIFICATIONS- Required: 1. Valid California Class A or B driver's license with passenger endorsement (A-P or B-P) and School Bus Certificates and endorsements. 2. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. 3. High school graduate. 4. Current and valid first aid certificate (VC 12522) and medical certificate. Desirable: 1. Experience interacting with students. 2. Previous experience operating buses. This position is part of the Classified Employee Unit at MCUSD/MCOE and will be placed depending on experience on the Classified Employee Salary schedule on Range 19.
