JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator organizes and manages the various parts of a project to ensure its success. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, assisting leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of the project including planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of the project and the company are accomplished timely, safely and within budgetary parameters, as well as creating reports and updates for the Responsive Solutions Leadership Team and other members of management.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organizing project logistics to ensure team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
• Determining project changes.
• Ordering necessary supplies and providing other administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

· Clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Check.

· Clear drug testing results.

· Works in a safe manner and observes all safety regulations.

· Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study or three years of experience in related field.

·Able to work with multiple members of a Team including field and office personnel.

·Show a history of positive leadership, organizational skills, and an ability to communicate accurately and effectively to multiple members of a team.

·Well organized, highly motivated, excellent communication skills, has leadership skills that also display integrity, and can motivate team members
