    Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Oversees all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, risk management, and quality assurance. Ensures profitability regarding assigned areas of responsibility.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in business administration, project management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred), or 6 years related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Computer Skills: Advanced to expert knowledge of project management software (i.e., Asana, Jira) and Microsoft365 (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams).
    • Experience: Management of complex projects in a fast-paced environment (Preferred).

    Required Skills

    • Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocation.
    • Define project milestones and deliverables, establishing clear metrics for success.
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
    • Provide information for customer quotes, as needed.

    Team Leadership

    • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to team members.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring accountability and alignment with project goals.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting (EOD reports, timesheets, etc.) by team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and problem-solving.
    • Evaluate team members to provide performance reviews, feedback, coaching, and training as needed to ensure development.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and internal departments.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
    • Attend all regularly scheduled meetings and calls with company leadership, team, and stakeholders.
    • Address stakeholder feedback and concerns, seeking to maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

    Resource Management

    • Coordinate procurement of materials and inventory of materials for assigned areas of responsibility.
    • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Monitor resource utilization and adjust staffing levels as needed to optimize project efficiency.
    • Coordinate with Operations Manager to resolve any resource conflicts or constraints.

    Project Execution

    • Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
    • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

    Quality Assurance

    • Establish quality standards and processes to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
    • Conduct regular quality reviews and inspections to identify and address any defects or deficiencies.
    • Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence of issues.

    Documentation and Reporting

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests.
    • Generate project reports and dashboards regarding project status, progress, and key metrics.
    • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
