Main Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Independently plan, organize, and manage small to mid-market deployments for multiple customers.
- Assess/evaluate client needs through weekly calls and daily email correspondence.
- Ability to manage client requirements and expectations.
- Engage with appropriate teams internally to execute deployment.
- Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- Maintain, organize, and understand detailed and complex onboarding steps and checklists.
- Provide current and accurate information to relationship owner or project manager relative to project progress or lack thereof.
- Resolve issues and communicate these issues to the appropriate parties.
- Verify the system is fully operational and being used as intended.
- Troubleshoot gaps and develop mitigation plans for any deficiencies or defects found in launched capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Other tasks as assigned.
