Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented White Glove Coordinator to join our team. The White Glove Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services by providing personalized, high-touch support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a passion for delivering an unparalleled customer experience, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team of up to 25 White Glove associate contract workers during a six months project period.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Take charge of leading and managing a team of 15-20 White Glove associate contract workers. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team's success in delivering exceptional service.
• Schedule Management: Effectively manage schedules for the team, ensuring proper coverage and allocation of resources to meet client demands. Optimize scheduling for efficiency and productivity.
• Project Assignment: Assign projects to team members based on their strengths and skills. Ensure fair distribution of workload and provide clear expectations for project completion.
• Task Assignment: Distribute workload across multiple projects simultaneously, and provide clear expectations for project completion in order to achieve client timelines.
• Quality Monitoring: Oversee the quality of services provided by the team. Implement quality assurance measures and conduct regular checks to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency within the team. Implement strategies to enhance overall productivity and streamline workflows.
• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the team and clients. Communicate effectively to understand client expectations and relay necessary information to the team.
• Issue Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by team members promptly. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages open communication and problem-solving.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of team performance, schedules, and project assignments. Generate reports on team productivity and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a White Glove or VIP services capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of 15-25 employees.
• Proficiency in using Chromebook and familiarity with relevant tools/software.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize schedules and allocate resources effectively.
