Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure all details are executed seamlessly.
• Handle various tasks during events, such as furniture arrangement, decor setup, and vendor coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after each event.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event setup or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, work on your feet for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.40 - $19.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
