Design Director directs and oversees CAE technical and team capability to support product, component, or structure design. Provides expertise and technical leadershipfor benchmarking, concept design, prototype development, simulation, testing protocols, and optimization utilizing CAE design and analysis techniques and tools. Being a Design Director develops and optimizes CAE methodology, including guidelines and standards, to increase design process efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Design Director typically reports to senior management. The Design Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Summary:
Our home design firm and retail shop is looking for a qualified and part-time Accounting Specialist to perform accounting duties 15-20 hours weekly. The schedule is flexible M-F. This position will include responsibility for managing accounts payable and the procurement of merchandise from the purchase order to the receiving of merchandise in our industry specific accounting software. Training will be provided.
