Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-fab to join our team. As a Pre-fab, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating various components for a manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to use a tape measure and read drawings.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Assemble and fabricate components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ensure that all components meet quality standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufactured materials and techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and saws
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
