Design Director directs and oversees CAE technical and team capability to support product, component, or structure design. Provides expertise and technical leadershipfor benchmarking, concept design, prototype development, simulation, testing protocols, and optimization utilizing CAE design and analysis techniques and tools. Being a Design Director develops and optimizes CAE methodology, including guidelines and standards, to increase design process efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Design Director typically reports to senior management. The Design Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Design Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Determine their design needs
- Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution
- Close sales
- Utilize Project and Design skills on qualified appointments
- Conduct job site measuring
- Photograph spaces appropriately
- Create designs with customers
- Select appropriate products
- Correctly calculate costs of projects
- Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus
- Home improvement related sales experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Coachable mindset
- Competitive by nature
- Clean driving record and background check
- Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
