About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Clifton, NJ. As a leading provider of educational services, we are committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs and empowering them to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support students' individual needs.
• Provide direct behavior therapy services and training to school staff, students, and families.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to create and implement behavior support strategies in school settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed based on data analysis and observations.
• Provide ongoing professional development and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate or eligibility for certification.
• Previous experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
