Role Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with our project management team to ensure the smooth execution of various projects. You will assist in coordinating efforts across teams, managing timelines, and communicating with clients to deliver projects on time and within scope. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their branding and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of digital media projects, including social media campaigns, website development, graphic design, and brand strategy.
• Coordinate with creative, development, and strategy teams to ensure project deliverables are on track.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify and manage potential risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
• Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the digital media or marketing industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, web development, and graphic design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
