Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication Operations Manager at Brandner Design in Bozeman, MT. The Fabrication Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fabrication operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating with design teams, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication operations management, production scheduling, and quality control
• Knowledge of steel fabrication processes, custom furniture manufacturing, and cabinetry production
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with design teams and manufacturing staff
• Problem-solving abilities to optimize manufacturing processes and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of architectural elements and experience in commercial and residential projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
