Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a commercial construction Project Manager with Design-Build Experience that is looking to join an exciting contractor and lead multiple projects in the area.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and manage project teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and timelines to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and proposals to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of design-build processes and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
