• Asset and update the asset CMDB when any Equipment or software changes are implemented by Provider or reported by Customer; or If the CMDB access is not provided, communicate the appropriate details to CUSTOMER
• Tracking Asset Locations and EUC device inventories at Customer locations.
• Perform data disposal, data destruction, or data erasure as required and to be in compliance with Customer guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Ensure the hard drive is destroyed and arrange for transfer of equipment for disposal to designated electronic waste disposal vendor in compliance with WEEE and RoHS regulations.
• Update asset management information to reflect the disposal of the EUC device
• Follow and comply with the Customer’s Incident Management Process
• Coordinate with all other parties (including third-parties, Customer internal Providers, and other external Providers) as needed in order to resolve incident.
• Participate in Major Incident Management Team. Provide support in diagnosis and resolution activities until released from those responsibilities by the Customer (acting as the Service Integrator), or until the Major Incident is closed.
• Participate in Post-Incident Reviews, including addressing any actions that came from the post-incident review, as required by the Customer.

Provide escorting services:
Smart Hands:

• Smart Hands Tickets Scope
• Incident Triage related to DaaS/EUS/PCLM Services
• Incident Triage related GIS Services
• Service Request related to GIS Services
• Service Request related to DaaS/EUS/PCLM Services would be considered an IMACD within Service scope and therefore not Smart Hands

Ticket Examples given below: -

• General GIS Services, IT Storage Room, Network, Printers, Scanners, Server, Telepresence Rooms, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.80 per hour
