News West Publishing Company, Inc. / Wickenburg Sun Division is seeking an advertising sales consultant for its team in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. The publications include a weekly newspaper, as well as a shopper.
As an Advertising Sales Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service to established accounts as well as prospecting new accounts. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple deadlines and assignments.
The work week is Monday through Friday. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background/credit check, and also possess a valid driver’s license with company-required minimum automobile insurance.
JOB PURPOSE: To recognize changes and opportunities in the marketplace and recommend to current clients and prospective businesses the best course of marketing for them. To take a proactive approach for creating revenue growth with; online, niche products and magazines that are offered by the Company. Consult with existing and new advertising customers and translate their business objectives into successful advertising programs.
