Desktop Publishing Operator utilizes desktop publishing tools, equipment, and software packages to create and produce a variety of high quality communication materials that incorporate text and graphic images. Designs page layouts, charts, graphs, and computer graphics. Being a Desktop Publishing Operator selects, imports, and edits graphic images used to enhance the impact of the materials. May require an associate degree. Additionally, Desktop Publishing Operator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Desktop Publishing Operator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. RequirementsRequirements
2 years of experience in a Desktop Support Technician role or related IT field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical user.
Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices Enterprise encryption solutions Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
Proven analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Proven ability to multitask effectively determine priorities and meet SLA s.
Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and internal customer service skills.
Adaptable and flexible in a fastchanging industry and work environment.
Willing to work offhours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory Exchange and Outlook.
