    Join Touchmark as a Management Development Associate in our Management Development program. You will spend your days working and learning alongside our team of leaders in our beautiful premier senior living communities. You will learn what it means to Be an Ally, A Friend, and A Giver while developing the skills to become a future leader with Touchmark.

    The Management Development position is a two-year Management Training program designed to provide naturally ambitious and motivated individuals with strong leadership skills, an opportunity to learn Touchmark operations and learn to lead by Touchmark’s values. Throughout the program, you will spend time in each of the functional departments of the community. The program is intended to prepare you to assume a management role within one of our beautiful communities upon completion.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or other related field.
    • Ability to relocate any of the Touchmark locations upon completion of the program.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, as evidenced by leadership positions at work, school or in volunteer organizations;
    • Experience in the hospitality or service industry; working with seniors is a plus.
    • Must be comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups.
    • Must be willing to work occasional weekends and evenings as necessary.
    • Must demonstrate empathy toward others.
    Responsibilities:
    • Model the Touchmark Values in decision-making and interactions with team members, residents, and guests.
    • Work alongside team members, both front-line staff and managers, to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
    • Participate in Manager on Duty rotation.
    • Assist in hiring, training, and leading staff to fulfill the Touchmark mission and achieve operational objectives.
    • Champion, train, and continually reinforce a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
