About the department:
The Corporate Development team at Cognite work with teams across the company to develop strategy and execute on key strategic initiatives. The team of four has grown to become an integral part of advising on company direction. We spend a lot of time at the intersection of strategy and finance and primarily focus on three areas: 1) Corporate finance including M&A, fundraising and equity program management; 2) Strategic partnerships; 3) business development.
