Development Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Development Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Development Coordinator work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Position Summary


    The Land Development Analyst will assist the land development and entitlements team in Houston and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate needs to possess enthusiasm in the industry with strong established relationships in the homebuilding and development market.


    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assist in the coordination of the entitlements process
    • Create Land Acquisition packages for approval
    • Assist in the management of all consultants for each project
    • Create budgets from plan take-offs, bids, and contracts
    • Manage and monitor schedules and analysis for Municipal Utility District Reimbursements
    • Keep records for all documents required for MUD reimbursables
    • Assist in the management of design and construction of entrance and amenity features
    • Coordinate with homeowner’s associations
    • Additional duties as required

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 1 year experience in land development and construction
    • Ability to multitask is a must
    • Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook, with strong understanding of Excel
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via RCH applications
    • Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the market place on a daily basis
    • Strong work ethic, with ability to multi-task and work independently as part of a larger team

    Physical Demands

    • Lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently and frequently moving small objects
    • Frequently sitting for long periods of time
    • Walking or standing regularly
    • This position requires working indoors and outdoors at times
    • Must have manual use of hands and vision to use computer constantly
