Development Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Development Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Development Coordinator work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     POSITION SUMMARY:
    The primary purpose of your job is to plan, organize, develop, direct and evaluate all educational programs throughout the community in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate with and utilize community resources in meeting educational and staffing needs. Will identify training needs, develop training plan and materials and evaluate efficacy of training provided. Will support the community in any aspect necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

    Education & Qualifications:
    • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
    • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and facility leadership in the performance of duties.
    • Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
    • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
    • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
    • Must possess creativity, integrity, and initiative
    Experience:
    • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing facility or other related healthcare facility, preferably in long term care.
