Description
As a Summer Learning & Development Intern at Project Lead The Way (PLTW) you will have the opportunity to gain meaningful experience across the Talent Experience function in key areas such as:
- Learning design
- Upskilling and certifications
- Learning and Development Strategy
- Logistics and communications support
- Cross functional collaboration
You will work as a part of our Human Resources Team to support a variety of projects and initiatives and play a part in day to day operations. We will look to you to contribute new ideas and insight as a valued member of our team, consistently demonstrating a commitment to the PLTW core values of Togetherness, Inclusion, Learning, and Customer Centricity.
This is a full time paid internship. The internship will last approximately 10 weeks beginning in May and ending in August.
As an Intern at PLTW you will:
- Participate in meaningful projects that directly impact our business and relate to your field of study
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization
- Have direct exposure to cross functional Leadership and opportunities to learn about the various business functions at PLTW
- Spend time with other summer interns and participate in foundational professional learning opportunities
Requirements
Knowledge
- This internship is open to students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or related field of study.
