What You'll Do:

• Lead the studio in both Norton and Milford locations
• Lead the charge in sales and operations, exceeding all targets and budgets.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new members.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for our members and team.
• Drive employee development, providing training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Ensure the studio's cleanliness, appearance, and organization exceed expectations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continually elevate our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous work at studios like but not limited to Orange Theory, CrossFit, Barrys Bootcamp, Fit body bootcamp and F45
• 2 years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry preferred.
• Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred.
• 3 years of management experience, including staff management and development.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and various media platforms.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Business acumen with knowledge of market and competition.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
• Competitive drive and motivation to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft office proficiency
• Previous management of Mindbody or GroupX pro, Myzone or Polar, TRP

Pay: $39,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
