Are you a fit for the Dietary Solutions Team? We are looking for someone who- Ability to engage with residents and facility staff to build positive relationships and support resident goals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, planning, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of state, federal, and county regulations related to nutrition and food service
- Sound clinical nutrition skills including nutrition assessment, intervention, and monitoring
- Understanding of MDS section K, care planning, and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM)
- Competence in electronic medical records and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently to satisfy client and resident needs within the scope of practice
