Administers and advises food service operations to ensure menus comply with prescribed nutritional plans. Additionally, Dietitian, Sr. may supervise less experienced dieticians. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Requires Registered Dietician (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). The Dietitian, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
